You draw it. We build it. Your client stays yours.
When you bring us a project, the client relationship is yours. We do not solicit your clients, we do not offer design services on your projects, and we do not put our name in front of yours. We quote against your BOQ, we build to your drawings, and we raise an RFI rather than improvise when something on site doesn't match the sheet.
Seven commitments, on every job.
- 01Line-by-line quoting against your BOQ, not lump sum
- 02Shop drawings submitted for your approval before fabrication
- 03Material and finish samples submitted for sign-off
- 04RFIs raised in writing when site conditions differ from drawings
- 05Weekly site progress reports with photographs
- 06You are copied on all client communication
- 07Milestone-linked billing with measured RA bills
Send what you have.
We'll also quote off preliminary drawings and refine as the set resolves.
Working days. The BOQ clock starts when we receive drawings.
On our design partners
We work with a few architects and interior designers regularly — but only on projects that arrive without a design partner. Never on yours. When your client needs a contractor, we are a contractor. Nothing more appears in the scope, and no one else's name appears on the board.
Sixteen years, 100+ projects
Across four sectors — residences, offices, cafés, and institutional laboratories. Whatever your next project type, we've likely built its constraints before. References from architects we've executed for are available on request.
