We work as the interior sub-contractor for main contractors, PMCs and developers across Mumbai and the MMR. We take a single trade package or the complete interior scope, and we run it to your programme.
The main contractor holds the client. We hold the package.
On a sub-contract, your programme is the programme. We plan our trades into your sequence, attend your coordination meetings, follow your site safety rules, and report to your site engineer.
We regularly work under main contractors on commercial floors, institutional buildings and hospitality fit-outs, and under PMCs who need one accountable interior team instead of six separate trade vendors. Sixteen years of our own turnkey work means we understand what the main contractor is answerable for, and we price and plan so you're never chasing us.

Your programme, our float
We break your milestone dates into a trade-level look-ahead, submitted weekly. If we see a clash with another package, you hear about it before it costs a day.
Measured billing
RA bills against jointly measured quantities, in your format, with backup sheets. Back-to-back terms are fine with us.
Safety & compliance
Our own supervisor every working day, documented workers, PPE, toolbox talks, and workmen compensation insurance. We follow your site's permit-to-work system.
QA you can sign off
Material approvals, mock-ups and samples before bulk work. Inspection checklists at every stage, and a snag list closed item by item before we hand the package back.

Do you take a single trade or only full interiors?
Either. We regularly take a single package such as ceilings and partitions, and we also take the complete interior scope under one sub-contract.
Can you work on back-to-back terms?
Yes. We're used to back-to-back payment terms, retention and measured RA billing jointly certified with your engineer.
Do you supply material, or labour only?
Both are possible. Most packages are supply and install, using our vendor network. Labour-only or labour-plus-consumables packages can be quoted where you procure material yourself.
How fast can you quote?
Send the tender drawings and BOQ. We'll visit within 3 working days and return a priced BOQ within 7 working days of receiving drawings.
