What we do
We are a contractor first. Since 2010 our product has been execution — drawings resolved, services coordinated, sites supervised, spaces handed over on schedule. We take projects as the main contractor, and as the interior sub-contractor for main contractors and PMCs.
Four ways to work with us.
Turnkey — design and build
We handle drawings, costing, approvals, execution, and handover under one contract. Design is delivered through architects and interior designers we've worked with for years.
Execution only — your drawings
You or your architect provide drawings and a BOQ. We quote, mobilise, and build. No design fee, no interference with design intent.
Design coordination
You have a designer but no execution partner, or vice versa. We fill the gap and coordinate between parties.
Sub-contracting — for main contractors & PMCs
We work as the interior sub-contractor on larger projects: a single trade package or the complete interior scope. We follow your programme, site safety plan, QA checklists and measured billing, report to your site engineer, and keep our own supervisor on site every working day.
