Drawings & BOQ
Drawings are resolved before work starts — yours or our design partners'. The BOQ is priced line by line.
Mobilisation
Permissions and NOCs, worker documentation, material procurement against a lifting plan, services coordinated on one composite drawing.
Execution & milestone billing
A supervisor on site every working day. Weekly photo reports. Measured RA bills at each milestone.
Snagging & handover
A joint snag list, closed item by item. Then the handover dossier, in writing.
